Vigilant Technologies, LLC is currently seeking an OTM expert to consult for an indefinite project. Interested candidates must understand transportation management systems and their functionality with an emphasis on LTL/TL/AIR/PARCEL transportation management.
- Must be able to assist in troubleshooting OTM issues, both functional and technical
- Possess a good understanding of OTM agents; managing existing agents and creating new agents
- Onboarding carriers for EDI 210 would be a plus
- Experience with procedures on upgrading to new OTM releases
- Strong Project Management skills to manage changes/defects/communication with businesses
- The ability to manage across different fiunctional departments such as IT, Operations, Frieght, Audit and Payment.
