Iam trying to create a claim for shipment. Claims which are created for shipments are not reflecting into the invoice, at the time of invoice generation ,the invoice is showing the actual cost only. Any help is highly appreciated.
As far as I know, you can't do anything with claims and invoices together.
A claims only for registering purposes.
There is no option to generate an invoice from a claim or transfer it to the shipment.
At least this is what we tested in the beginning of this year in 5.5 CU2.
