Very often when I cross young OTM configurator,
they complain about finding info in logs.

Not many people seems to know the EXPLANATION tool.

An Explanation provides a standard view of OTM process results such as the running of actions, creation of new records, etc.
Explanations can be used to diagnose algorithm behavior, report errors, trace agent activity or simply report on the success and failure of a background process.

Please find attached some print screen s and explanation.

Hi Alain,

Thanx for the info..

I understand from your attachment that wherever the folders have Red colour, they should be problematic areas. I am attaching the explaination sheet for the multi-stop issue.

I find the red folder only in first line. Rest of entire steps are normal only(with green folders). So what does that mean?
