Has anyone used the OTM wireless (mobile) application as given in the help file.....and if so then how and for what and what was the mobile device used....

The OTM mobile functionality is simply a WAP interface for OTM. It has limited functionality and is accessible via any WAP-capable browser (almost any cell phone out there now-a-days).
