Presentations from 9/8 Functional Quarterly Call?
Will the presentations from the 9/8 functional call be posted to the SIG? There was some really good information on purging that I would like to take another look at.

Mauricio,

We've been having some technical issues with the presentation recording and are working with Genesys to try and resolve. Hopefully we'll be able to get it posted soon.

We're still not able to work past the recording issue - it seems that they're getting corrupted somehow. In the meantime, you'll find the presentations used here:
