Clarification on the '07 DST changes to the Property Files for v4.5 and belo

FYI - if any of you with OTM/GC3 version 4.5 or below have had questions
regarding the required changes to the OTM glog.timezone.properties file
for Oracle's DST '07 Patch....I received some clarification on this
subject from Oracle and have posted the questions and answers on the OTM
faq Forum site (http://www.otmfaq.com/forums) under the 'Patches'
thread.
