Order Release Line data created in parent domain

We have a setup where we have a top domain called RHL and then we have
numerous sub-domains (RHL/XXX) one for each customer.

All our Buy shipments are built in the RHL domain by our planners that
are users in this top domain.

We have noticed that when these planners log into the RHL domain and
create an order in a sub-domain then the order release line information
is saved in the RHL domain and NOT in the sub-domain.



We are wondering if we are using the system incorrectly, i.e. should our
planners only work on orders when they are logged in to the sub-domains
and not when they are logged in to the parent domain??

Any suggestions or info on your setup and how you get around the order
data partially being populated in the parent domain instead of the sub
domain would be greatly appreciated.
