Order release splitting in v5.5 bulk planning (load config)

All,

We are implementing OTM (GC3) v 5.5 and using 3D load configuration and we
are experiencing bulk planning results in which our order releases are being
split across multiple shipments. We have a requirement where we cannot
allow our order releases to be split yet we still want the planning engine
to consolidate multiple order releases into multi-stop shipments. Has
anyone else experienced this problem? If we select the constraint on the
individual order release to "Do Not Bundle" as the bundling type then it
seems to reduce to amount of orders that are being split but by in large
we're still experiencing the issue. We would expect our order releases to
be split if the order was too big to fit into one equipment, but we're
seeing order releases that are close to a full truck being split across
multiple shipments and combined with other order releases. Any
recommendations/suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Mauricio Ramirez

I would recommend contacting Tech Support because it sounds like a bug
to me.
