RE: Order release splitting in v5.5 bulk planning (load config)

Mauricio,

You may not want to put your bundling parameter to "do not bundle" or you
will not be able to consolidate orders with the same OD pair for delivery on
the same date and probably lose some cost saving opportunities.

Couple of things you can check is:

Planning parameter set - look at your planning parameter setup and check to
see that " ALLOW SMALL DIRECT ORDERS TO BE SPLITTABLE" is set to false.

On your order release ship unit - make sure the "splittable" flag is not
set.

On your itinerary - make sure it's a multistop itinerary as well make sure
your leg is set to "Auto consolidation type = Multistop into one equipment"

In your container opt config - Minimize Number of Containers = true, and
Maximize Container Utilization = false

Probably a couple of other things you can check but this all that comes to
mind at the moment without looking at your log files.

Good luck..

Miguel

We've had an SR open with Oracle support for a few weeks but I was hoping
this was a setup issue and not a bug.

Thanks,

Mauricio

Actually I think this was already reported.
