I'm able to get OTM to start and can log on using the GUEST.ADMIN user.
My main center menu comes up find and I'm able to navigate in that are.
My issue issue is with the left hand menu I get the following error. My
guess is something needs to be added to the init.ora in Oracle, but I'm
not sure of the setting. Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts.

Norman,

I've seen this in the past if the db_16k_cache_size parameter isn't
updated in your database.

You can find some details in the OTM 5.5 Admin Guide, pg 3-18, about
halfway down the page -- just before the section about running
create_gc3_tablespaces.sql.
