[SOLVED] Generating Order Releases within a SAW (OTM v4.5)

I'm trying to use the "AutoGenerateRelease" within a SAW using version
OTM version 4.5 patch GC3v45-P20051031. I've done this in the past and
it has worked, but for some reason the order release is not being
created in the version. Has anyone had this problem or has done this
(using this version)? I'm willing to send over a sample XML, but my
guess is I'm just missing something.
