[SOLVED] "Service Temporarily Unavailable" in OTM browser and other issues

Hi,

Happy new year to everyone! Wish you all a very happy and prosperous new
year!!

I am still having some issues with my OTM 55 setup. Here are the issues:

1) When following the admin guide to release an order (page 77 or 5-5),
I entered the destination location as "LAX", system would throw an error
saying that does not exist.
So it seems that maybe some data were missing from my database? Which
table should I check? It did not complain on the source location "PHL"
though.

2) I am getting "Service Temporarily Unavailable" in the OTM browser
window from time to time. Is this a performance issue? Maybe some of the
tuning parameters were set up not correctly?

3) I installed WEBSPHERE using the default* "root* " user. Whenever I
tried to run OTM application server or web server using "otm" user, I
would have permission issues. So I ended up running the servers using
"root" user instead. Could that be a serious problem? Is it okay if I
try to change my WebSphere configuration to run as "otm" user too and
will that solve this issue?

Thanks again!!

Zara
