In version 5.5 there is the ability to push an entire
instance to another OTM instance.
Set up your second OTM instance and when it is up and
running go to the instance you wish to clone and use
the Promote to Production feature. I don't have a 5.5
instance handy at the moment to give you the exact
menu path to reach it.
