Zara,

Unless you loaded locations on setup LAX or any other
locations are not going to be in the system.

Re: "Service Temporarily Unavailable" in OTM browser and other issues

Hi Rick,

Thanks for your reply. I used "location finder" and could not find the
location "LAX". So it was not a default value, ok, how do I add it?

Also more importantly in my firefox browser, I kept getting "503 Service
Temporarily Unavailable" followed by "The server is temporarily unable
to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity
problems. Please try again later". Sometimes a refresh would work.
I searched my websphere logs and Glog logs, nothing got recorded. So it
was really frustrating. Anybody experienced similar errors before? How
to further debug or solve this issue?
