[SOLVED] Upgrading OTM Instances with Customizations

Hi All,

Can you please let us know the procedure to clone and upgrade the
following production instances?

- OTM 4.0 to 5.5

- OTM 5.0 to 5.5

We also wanted to know how the customizations are handled when upgrading
the OTM instances. Can you please provide us with any document which
speaks about this?

Regards,

-Salil Sharma
