New OTM/EBS patch for Outbound Failures
Not sure how many others are experiencing this issue but was a real frustration for us so thought I'd share that there is now a supported fix. Oracle released a patch for the Transportation Outbound interface failing for a single Delivery - see below description of the patch:

Patch 7598441 - "Shipping-Transportation Outbound Interface is failing even if one Delivery(/trip) fails while processing a batch of Deliveries(/trips). This patch is recommended for Customers who are using EBS (Oracle Shippping)-OTM integration."

We are in the process of testing this patch and will advise if any issues.
