Otm-om-oracle Wms Intrface

Can anybody kindly help me with Integration between OTM and OM and Oracle WMS. What would be the information flows, what are the technical requirements for the integration and possibly an example or scenario. I already know how the integration works between OTM and OM, I would like to get more info on how the integration works when you combine all 3 modules. any help is really appreciated.
