[SOLVED] EBS-OTM integration 'REVNUM' reference qualifier

The seeded integration mapping from EBS to OTM requires a order release reference qualifier of 'REVNUM' which translates to the revision number in EBS. This is mapped to the order release reference number element.

Outbound from OTM to EBS on the PlannedShipment xml this element is being dropped?? EBS requires this element and our planned shipments are failing.

We are using the default OutXmlProfile, has anyone seen this in their outbound planned shipment xml? What is really odd is if you view the Shipment XML in the Integration manager for that same shipment the order release references are there - on the Planned Shipment XML they are dropped.

This is OTM version 5.5 CU2.

Thanks,
Jane

Re: EBS-OTM integration 'REVNUM' reference qualifier

I figured out that the Planned Shipment XML uses the GLOG MIN out xml profile - which does not include the OrderRelease Refnums.

I added these to the GLOG MIN and it is now passing the data elements.

Jane,

I'm posting a link to a related post I made a while back about the GLOG MIN xml profile, just to help others as they encounter this issue:

Thanks!
