Copy Menu Manager Actually Edits?

Has anyone else experienced the following? You go to copy a Menu Manager, and you name the new Menu, and go about the changes that you want on the new Menu. When you save the Menu Manager, you get a confirmation screen from OTM. Then when you go looking for your Menu Manager that you just created you can't find it, and instead see that it has done an update to the original Menu Manager that you were attempting to copy.

I would think I was crazy and that I had just edited my original Menu Manager, but I could clearly remember having to enter the Menu Manager name on the screen, which isn't available on the Edit Menu Manager screen.

I have faced this issue lot of times with the menu manager.Its a bug.

I have had a lot of issues working with 'Copying Menus'. Sometimes it works fine, but most times, like you mentioned one would be unable to find the 'newly' created menu from the finder screen.

The safest way, I found
1) Use CSV uploads to create Menus ( in case of many create/copy requirements) - Faster, Safer, Error Free
2) If you must copy using the UI, Immd after entering the XID for the copied menu, save it , then find it and then edit it.

Have you ever logged a bug with support on the issue? I only keep asking, because Support seems to think that I'm crazy. They say no one is having this issue. If you have/do, can you put in a SR for it?
