Hi Srikanth,
Has your issue been resolved? If not, try marking the Service Time Fixed checkbox on your shipment. Leaving it uncheck suggests that you want OTM to derive the timings of your shipment.
It may also be that your shipment is not associated to a Rate Offering that is tagged to a valid Rate Service.
