Hi all, we've just started trying out the new features in OTM 6.0 - Driver Management & Fleet Management. While exploring Driver Management, we had a few basic queries on the concepts involved therein:

1. Driver teams - While I am able to create teams and assign Primary & Secondary drivers, it allows me to do precious little else with the teams. What is the purpose behind using driver teams?

2. Dispatch board - Once I have assigned a driver to a shipment and add him to the chart, the timeline displays two horizontal lines instead of one. Moreover, the assignment continues half an hour before and after the shipment. What is the purpose of that?

Would appreciate some pointers on the above.
